Mom Visits Doug Loomis's New Store
Here's the proof! Mom actually left the house and went to Eugene! She enjoyed the store (except the prices), and we ate lunch. We had some of the wonderful soup and white cake from the bakery. We tried to find Doug, but he had gone home for the day...

Mom reads the paper every day; she loves to save the political funnies to send to her friends in letters..
Grandma Next Door
My mom gets adopted by everyone. Neighbors stop by her kitchen and wait for cookies or whatever she's cooking to be served on our kitchen table. This blog is for those who love Mom as much as I do, for the kids who stop by to see her, and for those whom Mom's life has touched and who miss her.
